Reminds me of a dream I had

Family Portrait, Lennart Nilsson, Mary Ellen Mark

Family portrait that looks like a picture of a man and a woman with a sculpture head or a real head. Its actually a little girl. Its weird if you dont see the little girl cause it doesnt even look like a bust of a head, it just looks like a real persons head.

Dont know anything about these, pretty sure I've seen some of them before, just thought they were neat looking. Lennart Nilsson


I was looking up a photographer for my history of photography class. The photographer is Mary Ellen Mark and I saw this one, thought it was neat and read what someone wrote about it on a blog. They said that they just liked the pose, the girls arm, her bathing suit and everything about the way she looks. That she looks old and young at the same time, like shes seen more than she should at her age. I thought it was funny and almost cliche, but I guess thats what it looks like. Not trying to say that cliche is a bad thing. I also realized that I havent put anything on here in a while and that I started this blog for Neils computer imaging class, and that the history of photography class is also Neils class. I just thought it was kinda funny.
